About billing.
When is my first invoice?
The month you sign up in is free, however much of it is left. Your first invoice covers your first full calendar month and arrives on the first day of the month after it. Sign up on 14 September, and your first invoice covers October and arrives on 1 November.
How do I pay?
By EFT. Each invoice carries the banking details and a reference, and is due seven days after it is issued. You will find every invoice, and a PDF of it, under Billing in the app. No card is needed to sign up.
What counts as a company?
A business you own in PaymentDue, with its own accounting connection. Being invited into somebody else’s company — as their bookkeeper, say — is free.
Is there a contract?
No. You are billed monthly, for the companies you own. Delete a company or close your account and you are not billed for it again.
